The Hotel is near by railway station but little inside a lane and not easily visible. The room was small and cozy but neat and clean. The breakfast buffet is limited. Car parking is open and limited and in the same lane. The Staff and service is good Overall the hotel is okay

Group of 3, stayed here on a Friday night after a train journey. Walking distance (~5min) from the railway station, but not on the main road which means it's a bit quieter and less chaotic. Bathrooms were very clean, and so were the beds. Only issue was that the room which had 2 beds (one for 2pax that was smaller than queen and one twin bed) was quite cramped. Not much space to move around. But good if you are just looking for a clean place to sleep. They offer free breakfast in the morning, which was surprisingly pretty tasty. Service was excellent, including the waiters, doorman and reception. Rahul went out of his way to help us during our stay.

Surat is the best and best hotel in Gujarat. The manager is a very professional boy. The owner of the hotel is all good people. He provides the best service. The room rent is also good, I would like to visit.
