The food was great- very tasty. Unlike other hotels, the veg and non-veg were properly segregated. The ambience was great too. The staff Alok &| Riya were very courteous. The others too were also helpful. The place is very calm & serene. Keep it up

The rooms are always spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The food is consistently excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. All the staff at the restaurant and reception are very very friendly and welcoming. Very clean hotel and amazing service. Rooms are a good size too. Such a lovely atmosphere. Definitely recommend and will stay here again. The food is so tasty too and great location.

Visited their Dawat-E-Ishq food fest, and it was an absolute treat! They serve unlimited veg & non-veg dishes, bringing the rich and royal flavors of Lucknowi cuisine right to Surat. From melt-in-the-mouth kebabs to aromatic biryanis and flavorful curries -- every bite was a burst of Nawabi taste. Ambiance was classy, staff was courteous, and the entire setup gave proper royal vibes. Highly recommended for anyone who loves exploring authentic Mughlai & Awadhi food. Don't miss it!
