Best hotel in front of surat railway station. Rooms are neat and clean with attached toilets.

Pl Don't Stay here. My personal & very Worst experience. Bcz Very bad experience of stay. I stayed only for 2 hrs. Manager was so rude, He gave me a small & Dark room which was smelling. When I called him he said he has no room, & within 1 hr he gave 3 rooms to others. He said 700/- charge but when I said AC is no working, He even didn't sent staff, & asked 100 rs more for its working when I said that I'll give you, then he did it ON/Working. He was so rude, when I asked for Hair drier for just use, he refused to give. I was with my wife & ID's were not local, but he asked Marriage certificate....Don't understand why.

The ceilings of the rooms are extremely low, as a result there is hazard of an accident as the hands can get caught in the ceiling fans. The service lift is extremely small, only one person with a bag can stand in it. The worst part is that there after coming out of the lift there are three stairs which makes it prone to accidents. Pricing on the higher side.

Good for budget and family, Very close to Surat railway station. Deluxe Room - 1560/- for 24 hours with AC, Tv, Hot Water, Drinking Water.

The room is good. But the wardrobe is in bad condition .they don't even clean and check . But just I want to stay for 1 night it was good . And please see the room condition after approaching and then take the room.

As name of the hotel it was really good stay for me. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. There was room with good working air conditioner. It was spacious and with attached bathroom. Cleaning in gallery and balcony was up to mark.

Opp to station and we used to stay frequently..but this time worst Maintenance, water leak and wash basin taps are not working.they will give only 1 access per person for Internet and I asked for extra access for laptop to sent a mail and they rejected it.staff doesn't know how to talk with a guest.MORE RULES

Everything in this hotel is the best from cleanest rooms,tasty food to room service will recommend this hotel if you are looking nearby railway station.
