Ginger Surat (City Center)

I had a wonderful solo stay at Ginger Surat City Center in April 2025. The location is perfect, right opposite the railway station which made travel super convenient. The rooms were clean and modern, and the pillows were the fluffiest I've ever felt--made sleeping very relaxing! The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

Samir was very instrumental in helping me out with a late checkout. Loved the hospitality. I Will definitely visit again. The food was good and so was the room. The service was very apt as well. Recommended from my end. Service was good and fast.

Amazing Stay with Excellent Service! I had a fantastic experience at Ginger Surat city centre. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The amenities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch. Breakfast had a great variety, and the quality of the food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing stay. Malay is very helpful

Dear European travellers, I happened to come across the Ginger city centre hotel because when I arrived at another hotel booked from home (Italy) I got scared and ran away. The hotel is really well kept and you will find a shower and hairdryer which is not a given in India. All the staff was really super nice. The room reflects the photos posted on the internet (which is really rare) and it is clean. I would personally go back immediately. It is true that in India you can find hotels at a lower cost, but the hygienic conditions are generally very poor, it is better to pay a little more and be comfortable and calm

Room: We stayed at the hotel for 8-9 days, and unfortunately, our experience was impacted by continuous noise from construction work on the 5th floor. Despite raising the issue multiple times, the hotel management showed little concern and stated that the work could not be stopped as it had already been paid for. This response felt dismissive and disappointing, especially for guests staying over an extended period. Food: The dining experience was also underwhelming. The restaurant manager was rarely available and appeared unapproachable when present. For instance, despite repeated requests during our fasts, the only fruit consistently offered at the buffet was watermelon--lacking both variety and consideration. While the ground staff remained courteous and tried their best, the overall hospitality, training, and service standards fell short of what we typically expect from Ginger Hotels.
