Flagship Hotel Royal Plus

Few pointers to note about this hotel: 1. AC was not working though it was an AC room. 2. TV was not working 3. Geizer was there but it wasn't working 4. I booked the hotel for 2 days from one hotel booking app including breakfast but when I requested for proving the breakfast, they denied and mentioned it would be charged extra. 5. These hotel owners don't have any ethics they mostly just run behind money like how much amount can be looted from the customers providing minimum facilities. Here, the hotel staf was very clear in denying any assistance for breakfast or resolving the concerns and was like if you wish then stay else cancel the booking. (When demand used to be high then even the worst service provider also take advantage of the situation to thug as much as possible).

Booking amount confirmed was 750/- Oyo took 188/- as advance for early check-in, upon reaching was informed that I will have to pay 350/- for early check-in (7:00 AM) ended up paying total of 1100/- against agreed amount of 750. In bathroom taps there was electric current, air conditioner does not work, no amenities at all, hotel not recommend for business travelers.
