Did not enjoy the stay. The hotel manager denied for helping us in carrying the luggage at first place, later agreed but by that time we already carried our luggage. Staff behaviour was good. Breakfast provided was not worth it for the price. Room space was not adequate for a family. It will be enough for a single person though. No dedicated parking space, need to park it on the road. They said the roadside parking space belogs to the hotel!

Night staff Mr Sameer was very polite and helpful. He would go out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was the same for the two days I stayed there and not much effort was made in making it presentable. The staff would literally buy the food from outside vendors and bring it to the hotel in carrier bags and empty it infront of us.

It is new Hotel opened in just 1st week of December. Restaurant and other facilities are being decorated. It is very convenient location. Rooms are having good space and neat and clean. Small carpet in the room has given extra glamour. Staff members are courteous and professional.

The ambience is very simple and quite. Service is great. Hygiene is taken care of. Very close to railway station and bus stand. However the complimentary breakfast provided was miserable. Apart from that good for one time visit.

One of a kind hotel in one of the busiest cities. The hotel location is far away from city traffic. Rooms are spacious and luxurious as well. Hygiene is very well maintained. Service is good as well.

Hotel Wow is a decent place with boarding and lodging facilities in Surat. Proximity to railway station, friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms are some of its highlights.

Room had broken fixtures TV not functional Bills on plain paper noproper billing. Staff was untrained and unprofessional. Keen to convey to the management.

Bed sheets dirty , no hot water , shower not good , no towels ,, front receptionist not friendly , bad breakfast . Not hassell free . manager lady very rude and unprofessional ,
