My stay at Bougainvilla Apartment was absolutely wonderful! The apartment itself was beautifully maintained--spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, with a cozy, homely feel that made it easy to relax. The balcony view was serene, and the peaceful atmosphere was exactly what I needed. What really stood out to me was the food. Although it's an apartment setup, the on-site dining services were excellent. Each meal was freshly prepared and full of flavor. Breakfast included delicious local specialties, all served with care. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, Bougainvilla offers a unique blend of comfort, great service, and delicious food. I'd absolutely stay here again!

stayed at Bougainvilla Apartment in Surat from 12th to 19th April for a personal trip, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was top-notch--every staff member was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, as the rooms and common areas were spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. The food was another highlight--delicious, hygienic, and with good variety. What I truly appreciated was the location of the property. Surrounded by greenery, it offered a peaceful and refreshing environment, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I highly recommend Bougainvilla Apartment to anyone visiting Surat and looking for a clean, serene, and well-managed place to stay. Kudos to the team for their excellent hospitality!

We stayed there a total of 19 days and was absolutely amazing. The service from all of the team was beyond our expectations. The rooms very very comfortable, clean and air-conditioned. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. The breakfast and dinner options were extremely delicious and they always offered us other things we would like to try. For sure the location was ideal to all the shopping. We would definitely come back and stay there again. Thank you again to all of the team for making our stay very memorable and comfortable.

Just wow feeling the moment you enter. Love the Ambience and very polite staff. Its a Studio apartment and amazing vibes. The Bedroom, Hall and small kitchenette with standing balcony makes this place more beautiful. The neatly maintained aesthetics and biiiig Washroom area is what You need after a tiring day in city. Trust me This one of the best places to stay at Surat.

I had a pleasant stay at Bouganvilla Apartments. The apartment has one hall with a cot and attached open pantry/kitchen. It has large refrigerator enough to hold week's inventory. The bedroom has king size bed and a closet to hang clothes. The service is good. Though it took little while for me to check in. Only one person on reception. The Gujarati food is good (expectedly) but South Indian was far from authentic. The intercom is in far corner of the bedroom. No intercom in Hall. The electric switches are also at far corner of the bedroom. Didn't find near the entrance of the bedroom. Location is peaceful. But no convenience stores around. it's a residential locality. Kitchen had no plates or utensils. Perhaps available on request. Parking for couple of cars + Ample street parking. Overall, it's a pleasant experience to stay.

Very Nice place Always had trouble finding good stays at VIP road. And a local suggested Bougain Villa service apartment. Clean and cozy rooms Good service a and very delicious Food. The restaurant too was well setup. Overall great place and will recommend to anyone

Uniquely designed hotel. Each room has its own identity and character. Great location close to all the best restaurants and shopping. Very well maintained. Staff are welcoming and attentive.

Overpriced property. I mean they charge you almost the same price as Marriott's and there are no toiletries, no hair dryer no nothing. And when called for assistance they handled the situation so poorly. I'm usually the one to always appreciate the efforts of the staff but this time I had to say it was the worst experience. I only went here because this place was recommended to me. It turned out to be a huge mistake. I'm putting this review to make people aware that behind these 5 star ratings there's such cases too that don't see the light of this wall but here it is. People double check before going to this property. Being a hospitalitier, this is not how guests are treated at such places that claim to be 5 star.
