Hotel Kruti (Pure Veg.)

Hotel was far from pleasant, and I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience. One of the major issues was the lack of hot water both during the day and night. After several calls to the reception, hot water was eventually made available during the day, but this level of inconvenience is unacceptable. The front desk staff were unhelpful and even came across as arrogant, adding to the frustration. Another unpleasant aspect was the abundance of pigeons in the balcony, making it unusable and unhygienic. The hotel's appearance from the road, with its bright LED lights and attractive photos, is misleading and doesn't reflect the reality of staying there. Overall, while the hotel may look appealing from the outside, the poor management, lack of basic amenities, and dismissive attitude of the staff make it a bad choice. I would recommend avoiding this property.

This is a kind of average okay stay. The main problem here is the stay located bit away from the temple. One more issue was like the wifi doesn't work in the early morning time, it's manageable but my friend had some urgent meeting calls in the early morning time so faced challenges. Before visiting this stay I had heard there is a smell surrounding of this stay which effects customers inside the room But I did not feel that. There is no any smell and all inside the stay, then the room is very very small we can't even walk properly inside. If needs bit spacious room customers can go with deluxe rooms. The Staff is friendly as I saw even restaurant's food is also delicious. So I can say this overall an average stay.

Do not have option to give negative stars. Horrible experience. Dirtiest rooms ever. Attached in the photos are few examples. There was a big stone placed in the exhaust fan place. The breakfast timings displayed are 8-11 a.m They did not start bf even at 8:30 a.m. Overall a pathetic experience. Please avoid staying. The rooms are never as shown in the photos online.

This hotel fails to provide basic amenities. They didn't change the bedsheets, claiming they had done so in two rooms, but the bedsheets were dirty and smelled bad. After repeatedly questioning them, they admitted they hadn't changed them. The bathroom was also in terrible condition, adding to the unpleasant experience. Don't go by the photos--they are misleading. The place is worse than a dharamshala. I wouldn't recommend staying here due to the lack of cleanliness and poor service.

The location was nice and had a great view spanning the nearby area. But Bedsheets were not clean. There was no TV in our room. Shower didn't work.

Very nice place to stay .very god service and staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms were very clean and was a fantastic experience staying there . Also place is near Somnath so can visit somnath's Aarti very comfortably. Hotel on highway very easy to reach Somnath from there . Made my and my family's visit g good Best place to stay if visiting Somnath.

If there is a 0 star I will definitely provide the same to this hotel. Firstly the front desk manager is don't even know how to behave with guest. Rooms and washroom are so dirty after saying a lot of time they didn't even clean the same. They don't provide you bills. If you ask for a food bill they will give you a hand writtenbill. Worst behavior from the manager. He has all the excuses in the world. For breakfast also which is complimentary they will make you wait 1 hour. The breakfast timings are from 8 am. They will serve you after 9 am. These people will delay your sightseeing also.
