Into the Blue

We visited this resort on 9th May (check-in) and checked out on 10th May. We were a group of 5 couples (10 adults) with 2 infants around 1 year old, and 2 ladies in the group are pregnant. We had a very disappointing experience due to misleading communication from the owner Pallavi. 1. Misleading Information by Owner (Pallavi): Before booking, Pallavi assured us that all of us would fit comfortably in a 3 BHK villa and shared some photos. The photos were not clear enough to understand the actual layout of the villa. She also said the villa is at walking distance from the main resort. Reality was completely different. After making full payment (as requested by the manager at check-in), we were taken to the so-called "villa" and were shocked to see that it was actually a 1 BHK. There was a separate room in another building, accessible only via a sharp iron ladder - which is completely unsafe for pregnant women and infants. Also, that separate building was at some distance from the main villa, making it impossible for a couple to stay there alone during the night. So, all 5 couples (including 2 pregnant women and 2 infants) had to adjust in one small 1 BHK - zero privacy, poor sleep, and no comfort. It was absolutely not what we were promised. 2. Distance from Resort: Pallavi claimed the villa is within walking distance, but in reality, it's almost 500 meters away. Going back and forth for basic things felt like a struggle - especially with infants and pregnant ladies. Every small need required us to use our cars. 3. Unresponsive and Rude Owners: After realizing the reality, we immediately tried calling Pallavi to check for additional rooms available inside the resort (which we saw were empty), but she stopped picking up our calls and completely ignored us. When she finally responded, she said we'll have to pay extra for the rooms - even though we were clearly misled in the first place. The owner Kiran was equally rude, arrogant, and argumentative. They simply don't care once they get the payment. It's shocking how they treat customers - with zero empathy and zero professionalism. 4. The Only Good Part - Staff: A special mention to Girishbhai (manager) and Tulsibhai (staff) - they were very helpful, humble, and caring. Despite having no authority to make decisions, they made us feel comfortable and handled things calmly. The food was also really good, and we appreciate the service by the ground-level staff. Final Words: Pallavi and Kiran - the owners - are the main reason for our bad experience. They misguide customers, ignore them after booking, and do not take any responsibility. Our strong advice: If you are a group looking for comfort, privacy, and honest communication - think twice before booking this place. Good property alone is not enough - customer experience matters, and sadly, it was totally lacking here.

We had an amazing time at the resort. Perfect for relaxing. The staff were attentive and provided good service. Rooms were comfortable. Ms pallavi was very polite , genuine and helpful about everything from start till end.

Beautiful weekend home and perfect for staycation. Functions like birthdays, kitty parties, pre wedding shoots all can be arranged here due to large space and lush green lawn. Food is delicious and freshly prepared. 50-60km max from Ahmedabad. Machan stay is cottage house type experience. Plenty of indoor games. Swimming pool and all modern amenities. Private stay in villa with kitchen, bedroom and lovely views, aesthetics etc. is also available.

We had an amazing stay at this resort, which is beautifully close to nature. It's a perfect getaway for families and friends. The staff were very supportive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the food--it was comforting, , especially our Jain diet. The attention to detail in preparing Jain meals was impressive and much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to relax and enjoy some quality time with loved ones. We will definitely be visiting again soon!

Very good place to relax,little bit interior, but food was good,many sports to play,and to spend quality time with family it is perfect place,very good for one day picnic

Located a bit offside, but the place is really good for weekend getaways.

Place is surrounded by greenary, Rooms are well ventilated with two view (pool & garden), food is homely & very satisfactory. Sabarmati river bank is at 5 min walking distance. Pool water was crystal clear. Good indoor area with sitting and games...
