Hotel Gallord

Good hotel but the room should be cleaner. Good value for money.

Very basic hotel. The quality of bathroom very poor, especially in the room that we got. Not even enough space to be called a bathroom. Behavior of staff is rude. In the morning no water in the bathroom, the fittings in bathroom are not working. And, don't pay prices shown online. At 9 pm, we could not get even tea from hotel. We were denied. It is just that in a small religious town, we don't have many options, and these guys are just scaming people coming from far places.

Unprofessional management, since we are 4 members, stayed here more than 15 days. In the beginning, we were satisfied, but unfortunately, at the time of check out we only felt this. Because of one staff member, who is head of all staff, we don't want to state his name here.

Rooms are okay to stay for sometime. Not soo worthy according to prices. Also not cleaned properly. Quite dusty. Washrooms and bathroom at ok for the sake. Near to Sihor Jn railway station. Food is delicious in taste no doubt. Overall for sometime if one needs to freshen up, would suggest go for it, but not for long stay.

They only have solar water. We wasted 1 hour time and buckets of water for hot water but in vain. Later the guys started giving half bucket of hot water... Which wasn't enough for washing face, hands and feet... We had a tight schedule and none of us could take a bath. The owner doesn't compensate even though he knows he is at fault. He blamed weather and said they were ready to give hot water... But wasn't ready to understand he wasted out time as we were awake since early morning and couldn't even get basic facility that he committed. If you have time or good weather only then stay here.

Got a room with 2 beds for 3 people at Rs. 500. This is a comparatively new hotel. Interiors of corridor and rooms are excellently made. Washrooms are great and clean. AC room cost was rs. 1000.

Even after paying an advance for reservation, the owner went back on his words and asked to adjust in the rooms allocated to us. He spoke very rudely when argued||||Not at all a worthy stay. The owner needs to respect customers.||||||||

Pathetic service, arrogant and rude owner, no proper room cleaning facility. Suggestions: Don't visit this place to spoil your trip
