Ramnath & Bibhas, Sudhir Kumar is doing their job well. I stay here from 5th of May when ever I came from my work to hotel they cleaned my room properly. Their behaviour is very gentle and good with the customer. And the room services are also good.
Hotel and rooms are very nice. The rooms are big and spacious. Except i didn't like the service. In restaurant they are least bothered about guests specially if you are alone. Also the gatekeeper will sometimes open door for you and sometimes he will not. Guards are least interested in opening gates for the car. But room service is good.
Nice hotel loved the stay and the room we well.|Food was good and the services as well.|All the staff was very helpful specially vishwa in front desk. Take care of us very well. Will look forward to come again there. Keep doing the good work vishwa.
The hotel, boasts of saying that it's a five star hotel. However, most of the amenities of the hotel are from the club O7 and because the club has a wedding hall as as well as other amenities there's always a lot of noise in the rooms because of the wedding season / other events happening and it's unbearable to sleep if you're placed on the fourth or the fifth floor, it's atrocious actually. The breakfast spread is decent. rooms are really spacious. If you want to stay away from the city in Shela, then it's a good location. You get access to club amenities, but it comes at a cost. However, I'd say for the price point. It's not up to mark.

Overall, Wyndham Shela is a great choice if you're seeking a quiet getaway with large rooms and excellent service. Just ensure you're prepared for its location outside the main city areas.
From main gate our experience was bad. We asked security guard of club 07 (which are together) which one is hotel gate he said i have joined today i dont know which one is hotel gate. Then when we enter we upgraded our room to suite. Within one minute not even left the lobby i got called from my phone and we wanted to upgrade to there 2bhk room. They said now u have to pay 10k more. Which meant extra which we paid for our upgrade got waste. Then in room if we order something we always got it after second call dishes, food, laundry bag. Usual hotel timings for check out is 12 they start ringing from 11. When we asked to pay the bill they asked us to come down to pay the bill. I mean we are there guest or they are our guest? Every 5 star hotel send there staff upstairs to clear the bill if we are extending and in that conversation they spoke to us rudely. Never spend money here in booking a room
