Wrost experience. Don't stay at hotel wrost place to stay

OYO BOOKING ID - XU945388|I did a preapid bookinh in hotel rajvi through oyo app.|I Wasn't allowed to enter premises of hotel as booking was prepaid.|Staff was rude made me sit outside HOTEL WHATEVER TEMPERATURE WAS( IT WAS REALLY HOT) no one helped me out, I wasn't shifted or refunded. . Worst escalation team you have. It took me 4 hours because there was no response from oyo and even the reception( escalation team tried to helpe put but with forcing me to stay in the same hotel i am being denied for check in ( how is this possible i dont own hotel . I waitied there for straight 2 hours trust me it was really hot out there. I even have recordings of the conversation with oyo escalation team. I will never book from oyo again|End just with initiating my refund and dont take prepaid bookings because you can't handle prepaid bookings Eben staying with you can be one of the worst experience a person can ever have as standards of hotels shown in picture are completely different then what we see there . CHEAP AND BEST MY FOOT.

Worst Serives every poor staff weard communication doing fraud with guest.... Bad service no cleanses if u book online they directly denied any of amenities which you paid online.... Truly and incredible worst experience, the hotel staff is pathetic and careless. Think & check nearby THRICE before you go for a booking. I suggested them to close the hotel. For Customer Service at place like Ahmedabad, I would rate 0 for them. Everything is worst over there, including facilities and services. Property is already poor and seems slum area.

It is one of the most convenient place to stay in Ahmedabad, especially if you are visiting nearby bopal or iskcon. Staff is superbly helpful and supportive. They have very good rooms with all the basic amenities, bed matrices are soft and cozy, and clean... If you are visiting Ahmedabad so short stay instead on searching on money-mattered business giants like oyo, you should directly visit the hotel and ask for the best price they could offer, you will find them most convenient and budget-friendly...

Very poor service by the hotel staff... At first they told me that there air-conditions are not working so they can't allow us to stay even if i had booked there room online prior. After giving extra amount there air conditioning started working and they provide us a room after giving extra charges.... Don't book room in this hotel if you are from outside of Gujrat because they will loot you then... Beware from frouds....
