HOTEL BILVA LEAF

We were denied a stay after reaching the hotel and informed that the hotel owner had cancelled the booking without a clear reason. On speaking to the owner, he demanded a 4x price for the same rooms with no room for negotiation. The staff was dismissive and they kept joking about the situation. Not very helpful, when you've arrived at a new location for the first time. A vendor who did the hotel's laundry was also ill treated and the staff paid the bare minimum to dismiss him roughly. An unpleasant experience overall that made us decide to find alternate accommodation.

We booked 2 rooms for the Coldplay concert 2 months in advance. On the day we arrived and asked to check in we were told they have cancelled our booking with goibibo which we didnt get any intimation of either from the hotel or goibibo. We then had to talk back and forth with goibibo and the hotel management to assist us with a replacement hotel. The staff had no shortage of rooms and just wanted the extra profit from booking the rooms at an inflated price. Anyone booking for such an event please be mindful and aware of the same.

They are committing fraud, and you shouldn't trust them. Even if you have an online booking, they will cancel it at the last moment.

Situated near Sanand GIDC cost effective and having parking.

The room was really very spacious , neat and clean. The staff behaviour was so friendly and helpful. Very good hotel for long stay and onsite working people in GIDC . Homely food available in the hotel pantry.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, neat and clean . The breakfast is limited which is really very small in quantity. Finding the Hotel from highways was difficult because it's on the 3rd floor, not even a single name board outside of the building.
