Hotel Benediction

Used uncleaned Toilet offered. Humiliating treatment received from Manager and the room service staff too. Dirty Rooms and very average kind of food. I had done prebooking and advance payment on 04.02.2025. When I went at hotel on 06.02.2025 the manager said we don't have any booking on your name and he was asking me the proof. Then I showed him all payment screen shots then also he took very long time to confirm and then gave me room. When I went to use washroom it was already used by someone and not even flushed. I got extremely angry and complained about it but the room service guy got double angry on me that why I am complaining so much. Then they cleaned the toilet. Rooms were very dirty. Moreover frequent power cuts were happening. And if you complain about that their room service staff just sees that and do nothing for it. If you approach manager regarding that then manager says you are such a complaining person and straight away blamed me that my complaints are not at all true and I was trying to get discounts by complaining falsely. My god!!! I was shocked by this answer. I paid him fully and left the hotel immediately after that. Mr. Dharmesh Chavda and his brother were too rude, humiliating and apathetic about the guests in the hotel. Horrible experience I faced there. Strictly not recommended from me.

Food is not good if are out of sanand because i have only eat Burgers and not anyrhing because all other thing is taste less

Okay ... entering stairecases should have more lighting instead darkness. Food quality is really good. cleanliness is essential specially provided towels daily. Jetspray shower pressure should improve. Overall okay to staying..

No room available for singles , no online booking accepted no one any site .

Have been visiting this place from past three years...Hotel includes lodging as well as lunch/dinner facility. Today I visited after lockdown. All rooms are very clean. Hotel staff has been very polite and helpful. Only veg food is available here and it tastes good. Only suggestion will be condition of cupboards and washroom doors can be improved as the doors had no handles from outside.

Bathrooms are very bad .... I have lost my sandels from room.... When I asked for CCTV footage, no Recording available for that time only which is skipped.... They give me the reason like there is no electricity so no recording available.... They promised me that they will call back after a week regarding the recording and alll. But not even a single call Or message I have received.... I have very bad experience. Rooms are not even clean... Water is salty... Don't go for it.... Price is reasonable but if you have such experience then who wants to stay here again....

Trust me! This Hotel is good for a short stay say 'less than a week'. Moreover since it is close to Sanand's industrial area, most people who stay here are from different states across India on business trips and they don't stay in their rooms all day. FOOD IS GOOD. (Only Veg) Water taste is a bit salty when you bathe if it matters to you. Only Hindi TV channels available in Tata Sky box. Good customer service. Room service / cleaning once in two days unless asked for.

This was the worst place to stay. Unfrotunate part is I had stayed here in 2018 but we were told that the hotel is now renovated. But no change.. poor interior, old setup, lift not working, conjusted staircase, issue with t9oilet flush, the list can go on. Only goof part was, we could get hot water for bath.
