We booked this hotel for cold play during November and we were not getting rooms because they were already sold out. We have contacted them and after understanding our situation they agreed to give us one room. The room was clean and organised washrooms was clean we have all the necessary amenities. Also i ask for hot water to drink they have given me thermas of hot water daily for my throat infection . Like we got alot what we expected. Thankyou navjivan hotel for such a wonderful experience.
