Ginger Hotel has dood accommodation facilities and nice place to stay & they are given good services. All staff is good and their behavior too. Breckfast and other meal also good. Rooms, Bathroom and toilets also good. I will suggest for everyone choose this hotel for stay..thank you..

Foods are very good and staff is very kind ms rozi maam also very special take care of me my family members also compliment for maam and all staff is very helping and chef also good cooking morning breakfast is room are very clean and comfortable im staying

The hotel environment is very nicely decorated and the all staff is very helpful.Special thanks Mr.Sanjoy,His style of speaking and usage are outstanding.|Whether you like it or not, the kitchen is very slow.|The food quality is very tasty but the kitchen is very slow.|I would like to inform the management to look into this matter.

My room no: 307 Excellent property n hotel with very good staff. Neat and clean rooms and washrooms, I specially want to thank housekeeping supervisor Bhavesh & housekeeping staff Girish . They both helped me a lot. Girish is very hardworking and kind hearted. Thanks a lot to both of you.

Good Service |Restaurant staff is very quick at service rooms are good and comfortable |The food is fantastic the hotel has all day restaurant available they do have banquet as well as meetings rooms available to accommodate meetings overall experience is good.

I had a terrible experience at Ginger Hotel. There was no hot water in the bathroom, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was awful -- cold, stale, and lacked variety. On top of that, I had to constantly call for basic amenities like a shaving kit, which should be readily available in a hotel of this standard. The service was slow, and the overall experience was frustrating. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here. Worst experience ever!

Good service at pocket friendly price. All staffs are very helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Akash kuntal for helpful room service. I wanted few minor changes in my food order and he did it with his happy face. Very energetic and positive boy. All the staffs are very polite and friendly. Thank you again

Stayed in gnger hotel and have amazing experience specially with Pujarani(Front desk).She is very good in providing any support for customer query and supported superbly during my hotel stay.I really appreciate her customer focus approach which ultimately lead customer delight.I will really like to stay again in ginger with such amazing staff.
