Hotel Vrundavan villa and restaurant

Hygiene Issue, we choose to seat in AC hall, but it's was disaster unhygienic. Our plates are not cleaned, we ordered jain Dal but inside 1 whole garlic piece available, in another Sabji Ladies Hair coming. Fly (makhi) was like anything. And for all the waiters blaming each other. Not Recommend who wants Hygienic and Quality food.

Hygiene and services are Appreciated...Food quality is Good....must Visit.

very bad service and not good behavior hotel owner no online payment facilities available only for cash required so many GST hide here and govt buses are here stop so all day income very high in cash transaction food quality very bad only for quantity high but service very poor and food price are very high like 3 star restaurant so all are bad waste for money desi ma kaiye to pet bharva layak pan natu food

Smaller things like chips biscuits are so expensive than original prices.gujarati, Chinese, Kathiyawadi and Punjabi available here. No so clean the dining hall of the hotel.too much fly over dining table. Toilet is so bad!!!!!! So I give 3 out of 5 star.thanks for reading my review.... :-)

Should maintain the rooms well for the amount they are charging. Restaurant is good to have snacks

Charging money more than MRP printed on the product. Recently I had purchased Appy Fizz, printed MRP was 18 rupees. Shopkeeper demanded 20 rupees. When I asked it is wrong that you cannot demand more than actual printed MRP. He said in very rude voice, "buy if you want at my price, return me otherwise"! Such a shameful thing. The toilets are very bad. Don't take a pause there unless and untill you don't have any options.

This hotel is one of among worst hotel. Worst experience of food in my life . Food was no eatable. Even staff is also very rude.. Even manager does not have sense of speaking with customer. On complaining at reception receptionist and manager were making funny faces . They were making joke of a lady customer .

Separate AC and non ac dining area available. Ample parking space with public facilities. Punjabi, chinese , gujarati food available. But would recommend ordering gujarati food for faster service as other items take time.
