Vedik Resort

The resort itself is good but when we arrived they were checking out the wedding guests, the service was pathetic till late noon. We were even asked to go to our room to order breakfast while no room was allotted to us till then..no welcome drink no help in getting the luggage and I had to call room service multiple times to get things sorted.

We had an amazing one-day picnic with colleagues at Vedik Resort. The resort boasts excellent infrastructure, a well-maintained pool and a relaxing ambiance. The food was delicious, and the service was great. A perfect spot for a fun and refreshing getaway! Highly recommended!

A Horrible Experience at Vedic Resort - Avoid at All Costs! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, Vedic Resort is NOT the place to go! My recent visit was nothing short of a nightmare, thanks to the rude and completely inconsiderate restaurant staff and the unprofessional, indifferent hotel management. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, the staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. They were arrogant, inattentive, and acted as if they were doing us a favor by taking our order. Any simple request was met with cold stares and dismissive responses. It was as if they had no concept of customer service at all. It was clear that they had no intention of improving service or ensuring guests had a good experience. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. With so many better options available, I strongly advise avoiding this place unless you want to be treated poorly and leave feeling angry. This resort is an embarrassment to the hospitality industry!

Very peaceful location, nice venue for destination wedding or stay. Even staff is very good and helpful. We stay there for my nephew's engagement . Don't get the time to take photos surrounding with beautiful sculpture... sharing a few photos just overall awareness...

Location - far off. 1.5 hrs from surat. No shops, pharmacy, medical help nearby. They don't even have basic medical care in case of emergency Room service: pathetic. First of all there was a small rat in the room 512- on 1st floor. Housekeeping is good and quick. Reception and restaurant suck big time. There is some lady who attends the call and very politely agrees ro everything and does nothing. After making 10 calls too they don't address ur issue. It's quiet popular resort and they r least bothered about their customers. The only plus point is the people who clean and serve. They were really very good Food: we were there for a wedding and it was a 2day function. I m really sorry but the food is hopeless. No taste compared to surat standards. There was a fight too where people complained about their idlis. Not lying but atleat 20 people were sick from food and complained of vomiting, loose motion and fever. I was one among them and I could not attend 3 functions due to same. We had much difficulty in finding medicines that's y I would not prefer this location. My first and last visit for sure.

Good place for destination wedding and all the social and corporate events. Must visit for a peaceful break or stay cation. Mobile network and Internet network is a big issue, even wifi net work is also not so good, needs improvement

I visited Vedik Resort with my maternal family after Diwali. We truly enjoyed our 2-night, 3-day stay. To begin with, the check-in process was very smooth, and we received a warm welcome. Upon entering our room, we discovered a delightful surprise: cookies and chocolates, which I had never experienced in other resorts. Our package included all meals, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. They also provide Jain options. The variety in each meal was unique and delicious, although a few dishes had a bland taste. The property is quite expansive, offering plenty to explore. They have a swimming pool, lawns, an activity area, a theater, and indoor games. Additionally, there are some exciting rope activities, rock climbing, and a zip line. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was very helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any issues or queries. Overall, we had a wonderful get-together, and I want to thank Vedik Resort for creating such memorable moments. However, I do have a few suggestions for improvement. The resort should be prepared to help guests in case of a medical emergency, at least by providing appropriate transportation to the nearest hospital. We noticed that the staff promptly cleared the dishes after we finished eating, but this may lead to food wastage. I'm not sure of the guidelines they follow, but they should be trained to check with guests before clearing the table or at least wait until the guests leave the table.

It was great experience celebrating our nephew wedding .staff were amazing always cheerful and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed the stay .
