OYO 67127 Hotel Surya Palace

We stayed on 23rd and 24th July 2022 and the rooms are value for money. The staff is also very cooperative and helpful. The location is a fine but the stray animals are roaming around in building premises (may be due to rain) also lift was not working due to water logging in lift, but the stay was good

Okay stay. Pros: 1. Nice and clean place. 2. Helpful staff. 3. Reasonable rates. Cons: 1. No hot water from taps. Have to ask room service to get a bucket full boiled whenever needed. 2. No intercom to call reception. Have to walk all the way to front. 3. No parking space. An open space in front of the mall. 4. No card or any other online payment option. 5. No toiletries. Can choose if no other options available.

Very very poor service. They dont have extra bkankets. Bkankets wer smelly. They demand extra rs. For ac. We have already booked ac room. Still they demand extra money.poor management. We had room near reception. Wguch was so irritating staff were continues taking which disturb us. Never never ever i recommend this hotel and will never stay ever with OYO rooms. Verry very bad experience

Don't even think of this hotel. Common toilet of Surya mall is the entry and it's the hotel how worst show not be maintained. It's an average hotel. For statue of unity there 'are so many good hotels near by

Bad Rooms. Bad Toilets. The worst place. This hotel is in common shopping mall which is in bad condition. Avoid booking here. The worst experience. Unhygienic rooms.

Doesn't respond properly to the queries, revengeful attitude. Disconnected intercom, A.c. and bathroom ceiling was broken.

Very bad not good service please don't go to hotel

If there was minus rating i wold have given that, the owner and reception guy was extremely rude.
