VITS Select Rajkot

Had stayed there for a couple of nights on official visit. The overall stay was quite good with timely services . The food was nice both the breakfast platter & dinner options are good,Very friendly staff and really helpful service by imtiyaz at the reception. Imtiyaz was very quick and prompt in her service and really catered well to our needs.

I recently stayed at VITS Hotel Rajkot and had a pleasant experience. The front office staff were courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Their hospitality and responsiveness added to the overall comfort of my stay. I would recommend VITS Hotel Rajkot for its excellent service and staff

Room was superb with all amenities, food taste was also good , front office manager Imtiyaz Khan is very suppotive, very smooth check in process, welcome drink on arrival, complementary breakfast is also available , breakfast taste was good, ambition was also good, staff was soo suppotive

I recently had booked VITS Select Rajkot for two nights in February during my Rann tour. The communication with the front desk and the check-in process were smooth, and we had a good experience with dinner and breakfast. However, there was a significant issue with the central AC , as it was not effective in providing adequate cooling. Unfortunately, there was no ceiling fan available either, which exacerbated the situation. On request the hotel staff provided us with a table fan, it was quite noisy and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Observed other guests other complaining and switching the room at midnight due to AC /cooling issue. Due to the lack of effective air conditioning, we ultimately decided to check out a day early and find alternative accommodations. I would advise future guests to keep this issue in mind when booking their stay. If having a reliable air conditioning system is a priority for you, it may be best to explore other options.

Visited the hotel for friends marriage function. The place is ok. Rooms are very small no proper ventilation in rooms. Only Central ac system is there which either cools too much or doesn't cool. No fans in rooms. As it was marriage function food was in house managed by vits group. Food was bad very bad instead. Again very very bad lunch breakfast dinner everything was worst.

The room is very small, and the room service does not meet the commitments made. Many essential items were missing, and I had to remind them multiple times. It seems they offer different treatment if the booking is made through a third party. Foods quality was good.
