The Galleria Hotel

This is one of my dream place and I love that place I go 4 times over there specially in my birthday. Food is average but location is really very good. Outdoors terrace dinner, specially go there in evening time.

Bad behaviour by manager / staff i call for information for married couple first night releted room booking and he laughing not good for that don't recommend by personally me

Service and staff behaviour have gone down drastically down compared to my last visit which was around an year ago, no dust bins in room and took hours to get one. Definitely not worth coming again !! Thumbs down

Excellent stay. we stayed for almost a week and enjoyed our stay. We have travelled all over the world but the service was the best. Staff was very caring and polite. Food was delicious at the roof top restaurant. They did the best to accommodate every small request. Manish Srivastav, you are the best!!!!!!

Everything about this place is not worthy, the rooms were smelly, food was horrible and customer service is poor.

The food was ok..ok except a few dishes I would like to advise them to train their staff on how to behave with the customers... also improve their services as it was too much time consuming I mean everytime you just have to keep sitting and they will provide you with one thing at a time.

The food was awesome. And what I liked about most is the quantity with the quality. And the ambience is the best. You just feel awesome with the family or friends or your loved ones. If you are spending rs 300 plus at an average place then do visit Galleria if you have yet to visit it........
