Seasons Hotel

Hello! We came here at Seasons Hotel's restaurant, for dinner with in total 9 members. I have to say, the food was great but the only issue here is the service, they have training staff here who are not aware of basic management. They should keep trained core staff atleast for maintaining the restaurant. I was attended by Mr. Rahul and his team, who gave us a proper service in the end, thus keeping the reputation of Seasons. I'm thankful to them. Thank you.

It was really amazing stay. Great experience. Well experienced staff & food was too good. Property is well maintained & rich stuff of garden, swimming pool & room size was too big. Front staff was so cooperative in terms of any support. Great place to stay & relax.

Dishes present by Chef Manas was finger licking good, tastes amazing.. Mr Rahul and Miss Neha service and handling guest capability is really amazing. Other staff was also really very nice

The food is amazing and our server Anamika and Rohen were great too. The food was served a bit late so it can be improved. The overall experience is nice.

Fraud hotel serving filter water in bisleri bottles.. when ask from where get so many bisleri bottles .they ask we collect these bottles , wash them and fill with filter water.. when I ask for water they gave me bisleri bottle.. without even telling me that these are open bottles with filter water.. misuse of bisleri bottles .totally fraud and playing with the health of people.. they should of use glass bottles and should have told us that we have filter water. You can buy bisleri water if you need.. but nothing such happened.. they just gave us open bisleri bottles with tap water.. consumer safety department should have sealed such hotels..

Great products nestled away from the hustle bustle of the city and industrial area. Located in the top/ posh locality of Rajkot makes it a different hotel. Vaat reception, huge parking area, biggest guest rooms with a big balcony, breakfast, good housekeeping ....us a really good hotel to consider.

We went there for dinner, quality of food and services were very good . As little bit out of city, it was not crowded or no long waiting time like in other restaurants in the city. It was pleasant atmosphere, except there was wedding ceremony which made it a bit too loud so it was difficult listen to family during dinner. Overall, positive experience and I would recommend this place. Rgds.

The best location and the best food service you need to have .. Mostly recommended for casual aswell as fine dining. Restaurant staff was really very committed to their job and services.. especially mr.Rahul and Mr.vikas were good at services... Keep it up
