I recently stayed at RPJ Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, ensuring every detail of my stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and featured modern decor that added a touch of elegance. The hotel's amenities were impressive--there was a stunning rooftop pool with breathtaking views, and the fitness center was equipped with state-of-the-art machines. The complimentary breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, catering to various dietary preferences. While the overall experience was great, I noticed minor issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which occasionally dropped during peak hours. However, the staff was quick to resolve the problem when informed. The location of the RPJ Hotel was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and provided easy access to transportation options. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury and comfort at a reasonable

|We had a magnificent experience at Kitchen Stories (RPJ Hotel) with a group of around 30 people, and they handled it flawlessly!|We ordered a la carte from their fantastic menu -- from the spicy Veg Manchow Soup to the rich Paneer Butter Masala and flavorful Hakka Noodles, everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.|The desserts, especially Kala Jamun and Black Currant Mousse, were the perfect finale.|The service was prompt, courteous, and super accommodating for such a big group. RPJ is a good place to stay for business or personal trips. I especially liked the clean room and linen. The food was good and we enjoyed whatever we ordered. Morning breakfast was tasty with changing variety each day.

Rooms are fine, food is fine, but the hotel leaves much to be desired in terms of service. I've stayed at couple of hotels after my marriage but this was the first place where me and my husband were questioned about our different surnames. What a joke! I think that has set the precedent where I wouldn't wish to stay in the hotel again. The staff needs better training at handling guests.

I stayed at RPJ for two weeks while on a business trip to Rajkot. Every single member of the staff treated me with the utmost kindness and warmth. The Food Stories restaurant always has a grand selection of Indian foods from all over the country and the wait staff is always ready to serve you with a smile. ||||Over the course of my trip, I was privileged to connect with so many sweet and kind people including but not limited to Trishna, one of the restaurant managers who always remembered me and my food preferences; Arati, a waitress with the sweetest smile; Rohit, a very personable young man who works the night shift at the front desk; and Shyam, the lobby porter who greeted me every morning with a huge smile and was always happy to help with my bags and chat about my travels. ||||I will happily stay here again during my next visit, and I look forward to seeing all my new friends again soon. We recently stayed at RPJ Rajkot. Hotel is really good and getting renovated though but no inconvenience. From the moment We arrived, We were greeted by the exceptionally friendly staff who ensured check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I recently had the misfortune of booking two rooms at RPJ Hotel in Rajkot for a one-night stay with my family, and I am compelled to share our deeply disappointing experience. Upon entering the rooms, we were immediately struck by the overwhelming stench that permeated the entire space. The pervasive odor was unbearable and made it difficult to relax or feel comfortable. This aligns with previous guest reports highlighting cleanliness issues and unpleasant smells within the hotel. The state of the rooms was nothing short of appalling. The bathrooms were filthy, with clogged drains and broken showers, rendering them practically unusable. This mirrors earlier guest complaints regarding the poor condition of the bathrooms. Additionally, the hallway floors were equally filthy, contributing to the overall sense of neglect. The room doors were damaged, further highlighting the lack of maintenance and attention to detail. When we approached the staff to address these issues, we were met with indifference and a complete lack of concern. Their apathetic attitude left us feeling unwelcome and unsupported. This response, or lack thereof, is consistent with other guests' experiences, where management was described as unresponsive and inattentive. Compounding our frustration, we were effectively forced to check out at midnight, disrupting our family's plans and leaving us stranded at an inconvenient hour. This level of service is unacceptable and has caused significant distress to my family. In summary, our experience at RPJ Hotel was profoundly negative. The filthy rooms, pervasive odors, broken facilities, and indifferent staff have left us disillusioned and regretful of our choice. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider booking this hotel until significant improvements are made.

Location of the hotel is great as its central. In terms of the hotel and the facilities this hotel is a mere 3 star at a push. Bed sheets are stained, bathroom needs updating, the rooms are very dusty, which has effected sleep and breathing. A couple of porters have been great and very attentive whilst other staff can't be bothered. The breakfast selection is good, we've enjoyed breakfast. Dinner is not as good. Music turns on in hallway at 7.15am and is almost like a wake up call with how loud it is. If traveling from the UK be careful of the bottles of water in your room as we had one with a broken seal Good as a budget hotel, however definitely not luxury
