Pride Resort

We were a group of 9. We dropped in after our trip to Rann of Kutch. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The choice of dishes and the food were good and tasty. The staff were very courteous and nice. The entire property and the surrounding were pristine. Felt there's scope for adding more amenities that will make the stay with the family more memorable.

Excellent hostility. Excellent support by Mr. Ravi and Pratap. Best class service. Food was great. Would recommend friends and family. Roomes were net and clean. Good overall expirence. Staff was very good. Swinning pool was a great expirence. Would recommend to all.

I had the chance to visit Pride Resort, and it was a great experience overall. The resort stands out for its excellent service--staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The ambiance was equally impressive, offering a peaceful and well-maintained environment perfect for relaxation.

Overall amenities and staff service is very good. Mahi has served us with very good hospitality. Food quality is good. Overall experience is good. Will recommend our friends to be part of annual membership program. We wish good luck to resort pride management and let good to continue.

FOOD IS GOOD BUT MANU IS SHORT AND SERVICE IS SO BAD. EVERY ORDER TAKES TO MUCH TIME TO DELIVERED. EVEN BUTTERMILK TAKES 10 TO 15 MINUTES TO SERVE. ITS ALMOST TAKES 1 AND HALF HOUR TO FINISH THE DINNER. THERE'S ONLY 10 PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT CAME FOR DINNER. Do not came here for dinner. Its a hotel not a restaurant where you get a food as a priority. Here's only serve 20 people at a time, and food is good but the service is worst . Its take 1 and half hour to serve only 8 people. Price is like a 5 star hotels but food quality is too less .

The hotel is located in cool and serene place. It is located in about one kilometre from the highway (parsana chowk) where public transport are available. The place can be reached via rapido to travel to various places. |The staff members (Krishna and team) are cooperative and respectful to the guest.

A great resort, will take you back in time with its extremely slow WiFi connection. Some issues- 1) they don't provide complementary packaged drinking water(costing 10) even after charging exorbitant prices. 2) Arrogant and unapologetic staff with no courtesy or regard to your issues. 3) WiFi with 2G speed is provided, cannot even play YouTube videos. 4) location is in the outskirts of the city. 5) Not so tasty food. 6) Amenities not well maintained, gym is just a room with some dumbbells. Strengths- 1) Rooms are always available as nobody is willing to book such a hotel for stay.

it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend pride resort for anyone looking for a great dining experience in Rajkot!
