"Had an excellent stay at Hotel Platinum! The service is top-notch, and the staff is always happy to help, making the experience truly delightful. The location is prime, with the hotel being very close to the station, which adds to the convenience. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the restaurant staff is very prompt in service. The front desk team is cheerful and welcoming, and they even accommodated an early check-in hassle-free, which was a great gesture. A small area for improvement would be the breakfast menu, which could use a bit more variety. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I'd highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and convenience!"

I stayed here with my family. It was a great stay. It is at a prime location with The Grand Thakkar next to it. You can try their thali. The staff is polite and very welcoming. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The food quality and taste is also top notch

Too staff is unsupportiv when u call front desk or house keeping most of time they not answer for food u told them not spicy they not listen tooo bad

Good stay for business trips and budget friendly family trips. Rooms are small. Need renovation. Limited choice in breakfast. They don't serve Omlet in breakfast.. within city limits and 1 km away from Bus port...over all good budget friendly stay.

Property is good, at first gave us an unkempt stinking room but then they put us in a clean room. Restaurant and food is extremely amazing and we really enjoyed the services of MS. NAYAN MONI who is a delight, keep up the great work always!

I had my Sister wedding planned at Platinum hotel and it was truly great experience. I am from Mumbai and i had multiple request which i requested at Hotel all were fulfilled immediatedly during the function. Food & Service, are best which makes this trust worthy. Rooms were very clean and neat...all hotel staff were polite.. Now let me tell you 1 imp thing due to i had above experience and feedback,Manager name Aditya is truly amazing...he is the key to due to which our expeirence,stay,marriage,food was simply outstanding.....all our guest praised his support and helpfull nature.....Kudos aditya and thankyou...

I and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Platinum hotel in Rajkot. The hotel's location in Rajkot is one of its key advantages owing to its proximity to various important places in the city. The room provided to us was well stocked with amenities. The only missing amenity which we felt should've been provided was a hairdryer. The staff were helpful and responsive during our stay here. I would definitely suggest and prefer to stay here during future travels to Rajkot.
