Nice property. Clean and well maintained hotel in a nice part of Rajkot. The rooms - although extremely small - are sufficient for a nights' stay. The beds are comfy, good in-room amenities and a nice washroom. I only wish the rooms were bigger so you can walk more than 4 steps in them. The rooftop restaurant, Garam Giggles had a nice menu, but was so packed on the night we went there, that we waited to be given a menu / attention for 20 minutes and then left. The 2 waiters were busy hovering around bigger tables, so the two of us were left ignored. We went and ordered room service (Thai curry and rice) from the downstairs restaurant and it was among the worst food I 've had in a long time. The portion of rice was hardly sufficient for one person - we went to order a second bowl, but tried the curry in the meanwhile and found it to be inedible so we did not bother ordering another portion of rice. The curry and the rice was promptly placed outside the room. Pro tip - stick to indian food here to avoid disappointment, hunger and wastage of money. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant + reception service are friendly and helpful. The phone in the room doesn't work so in order to call the restaurant one has to continuously call the reception since most of the phone buttons dont work. There are many reviews about this, and while the management has responded to these reviews, the issue still persists - perhaps ChatGPT is used to reply to reviews with no human actually bothering to read and rectify issues.

TL;DR: An above average experience for a 3-star hotel chain. Review: Check-in: The check-in process was smooth, and we were surprised with a complimentary upgrade from two deluxe rooms to suite rooms. Rooms: The suites were spacious, though one of them could definitely use a deep clean. We had an issue with the ACs not working initially, which required a few visits to the reception. However, the staff was responsive and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. The 6th floor lobby was a furnace due to the AC malfunction. Food: The food was great and reasonably priced. We also received a 10% discount thanks to booking through Booking.com. Gym: A nice bonus. It's a compact space with a treadmill, a cycle, and a small set of weights - basic, but functional.
Had stayed there for a couple of nights on official visit. The overall stay was quite good with timely services . The food was nice both the breakfast platter & dinner options are good. They have a roof top restaurant which gives an awesome view of the city . The hotel is centrally located ,travelling to any part of the city is easier . Parking space is quite less with minor adjustments required . Overall a must stay .
I've stayed here a few times on business trip. The rooms are clean, well furnished. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread is good. They have a rooftop restaurant which serves good non veg food. Location is central. Just a little crowded, dusty, with small parking. Overall I'll recommend for a short, comfortable stay.
Very friendly staff and really helpful service by Reena at the restaurant. Reena was very quick and prompt in her service and really catered well to our needs. Rooms were good and clean. Their buffet is really good with lotbof variety.
Pathetic Hotel and Staff, highly arrogant front office staff. Most of the facilities is below standards, Rooms are too small, AC is old , noisy and ineffective, toiletries minimal, food is just OK with rooftop restaurant ambience being better, the location is just like bus stand hotels and lodges, not recommended for comfortable stay... Its highly overpriced and overhyped for the quality of service and infra that it has ... Avoid this place if you can afford better places like - Fortune JP, Sayaji , Fern Or even the Imperial ... !!
We were referred here by other restaurants as we were particular with what we wanted to eat and we are glad we came here.Firstly I appreciate that they gave us a table to sit as it was all pre booked. Secondly the food was really yummy.. we ordered white sauce pasta, margarita pizza, tomato soup, manchow soup , veg noodles and fried rice. Though it took some time to serve us the meals , but the wait was worth it. Overall had a pleasant time and would highly recommend this restaurant
Great Location in the middle of the City, Bus station and railway station are within a few minutes drive. Food quality and taste is also good. Staff People are polite and more enthu to serve. Overall great place to have food at.
