Lords Inn Rajkot

Stayed there for 1 night , seems hotel is still in making and less in staff count. Considering that my review is below. No one on gate to see guest or direct or help for parking basically parking in basement. On my request reception guy came to pick up the luggage as no bell boy was available. Rooms are fantastic , food in rest is delicious well priced and make you order. Breakfast buffet spead was good and roof top rest serves very good dinner buffet. Only disappointment was super slow room service seem they are less of staff. But all staff members were doing there best and courteous and polite. Overall a very good stay and recomend for everyone special thanks for Ms. Jiya for resturant and food service

Dear Team at Lords Inn, I had a wonderful experience during my stay at your hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast spread, which had a great variety of options. I also enjoyed the beautiful terrace dining with its fantastic view. The location of the hotel is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

The hotel property is beautiful, and the food is great, but unfortunately, the staff's attitude was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we didn't feel welcomed--there was no proper greeting, and our room wasn't even prepared. Instead of making us feel comfortable, they simply adjusted things last minute. During dinner, the staff seemed uninterested in hosting guests and were more focused on quick adjustments rather than hospitality. We had to call multiple times just to get water or an extra bed, which was frustrating. While the hotel itself is good, the service leaves much to be desired. A more welcoming and attentive staff would make this place truly excellent.

We had a very pleasant stay .The entire staff was outstanding,ever ready to assist. Delicious food with great views at the terrace and spacious studio room made our stay very comfortable.They could improve on safety by installing a railing while climbing the staircase on the terrace. Also it was difficult to get through on any internal phones.At times the area can be noisy.Overall an excellent experience.

Mr. Shashi Ranjan, senior Supervisor housekeeping, is an outstanding staff here. Experienced, skillfull, cooperative and Well mannered. Good communication skill, soft spoken and cultured. Available to help always...............
