At the restaurant, Swastika was exceptional in her service. She was attentive, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her recommendations and prompt service added to the overall dining experience. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with clean and spacious rooms, delicious food, and excellent amenities. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The first thing I noticed upon entering was how clean and fresh everything was. The cleanliness extended to every corner--my room, the lobby, and even the common areas were spotless. What stood out the most was the pleasant scent throughout the property, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. I had a fantastic stay in Rajkot. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff being courteous and attentive throughout my visit. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of flavors and quality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

Starting from check in- no greetings , no High tea, no luggage help, no one came to drop at room. Who is not up to the mark. In Room bathroom were not clean, need to change the room because the slope in the bathroom Words, instead of sewage. for that matter, we have to wait for the three hours as they were not ready to exchange the room and tried to check so many times, and finally, they have to change the room. Even though I booked and paid in advance through MMT, I have to clear bill as soon as it goes beyond 5k. Electricity cut was bad, after two incidents no one care why its getting power cut with particularly one room . Because of that careless power cut again happened in morning 4:30 so need to get up and inform them, thn they take matter in consideration. Lobby carpet on every floor are stained and dirty. Dirty finger mark everywhere in room. We asked for standing fan which was totally covered in dust, didn't try to clean and thn give to guest. Reception staff named - Samiksha was totally careless guests welcome and duty. Breakfast menu was Okay. No staff care for developing customer relationships or getting good feedback from customers. There are very good options nearby i.e., Imperial Palace etc,. When I booked all in maintenance and only this available. This hotel doesn't deserve 4 of 5 star. It os 3 star hotel.

I was to join Aditya Parekh in the same hotel for my business trip to Rajkot but after seeing his review and speaking to him about his experience my second thoughts dictating me to choose elsewhere. Is this the same Lemon Tree I have chosen wherever I have preferred? Should I sell off my shares in Lemon Tree while the price just rose lately if this is what is expected to come? Customer experience is everything!

He guys I am in room 507 right now. Initially when I checked in I raised a complain stating my flush in the toilet is not working, they sent a guy to attend the issue after 15 mins. Alas it don't work. He solved for time being, when I went out for dinner and got back to my room, same flush again not working. The front desk said will change your room, I said it needs to be done in minutes, and here I am, it's been 20 mins and I am in my room yet, neither my flush problem being attended nor room changed. I gave them an offer for paying 6 months in advance as I am required to stay in this city, however such a cold response. Pls avoid this property as they care for nothing
