They ignore online booking customers. And give worst and different rooms from booking. Actually they sell the good view rooms to other local customers. When you ask reception staff, they say this one is only available. If you like or not it's your wish. If you already paid u won't have any choice. Room AC was not working whole night we come to know at midnight. Reception staff answered why you didn't told us at midnight. Reception staff is worst at front desk.

Rooms are good and they would give bulk discount if asked for. Mr. Drupad Vyas from the catering team (incharge of breakfast and banquet parties) is a senior gentleman who is very helpful and very soft-spoken. Please keep up the good hospitality
