Hotel The Sentosa

Pathetic place to stay in Rajkot, these people don't even know how to talk with a female, extremely rude. It's better to stay in a local guest house than to stay here. I had informed about late check out or a probability of a stay in the early morning. That doesn't give you an authority to be rude & misbehave with a woman. Hopeless owner

Since that very nice owner passed away. Hotel has gone downhill. Kaka at the desk never smiles nor do any staff members. It feels like we ate burden to them. Many years this was used by our family. No more.

Bad experience. I stayed there on 27th Nov and forgot to ask to mention my company's GST Number on the bill, neither did they ask. I reached out to them to mention GST after two days but they said they will do that and said they will reply soon. But they didn't. After a few days I reached out to them but they refused saying that it was my fault. Now I will have to pay from my pocket for this stay. Pathetic support from the employees.. Not going to stay in the future. And not recommending it to anyone from my company too..

It was a good experience at hotel, staff is very polite and kind of helpfullness.

Rooms were good, neat and tidy Lift is very slow Parking is an issue here Breakfast food taste n quality was bad

Hotel the Sentosa is located in the Rajkot city of Gujarat and is about 30 km from Rajkot Airport. The price range is about 3000-4000 per room depending upon the season. The breakfast is complimentary and the taste of the breakfast is good. The rooms are very neat and there is a Wi-Fi facility as well. The hotel is located in the main center of Rajkot city.

Best hotel in Rajkot and service is best. Staffs are well manors. Hotel is situated in between the main market. All the shops are in walkable distance. Doll Museum is 5 mins distance from the hotel. Great experience with family

Rooms were good. Dental kit was not provided. Even though I had booked comfort double bed room single occupancy but they provided me the room with two single beds. I have requested them to shift me to a different room but they denied and gave explanation that all the rooms are booked. What logic is that ? I have also booked the room one day ago. Then it is their responsibility to provide me the room that I have paid for. So had to stay on single bed room. Waste of money on that part. Yes the breakfast was tasty although you don't get much options. Location is good , within the city. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Electric kettle was not present on my room.
