Hotel The Rivera

1st room was good but too many cockroach. 2nd room is good. Kitchen facilities was not good bad timings.

They had excellent rooms in budget and the food was amazing. but you'll have to book earlier because they'll be full till evening

It was my worst experience ever in a hotel. Hotel Rivera is the worst hygiene wise. There were lots of rats in the ceiling and were making a lot of noise. It was a nightmare for me and my sister. We had to change the room immediately, but in the second room the AC wasn't working properly. The duvets have stains on it. Not clean at all. The bed sheets also were not clean. I asked for an extra duvet and that was also not provided. The staff was very rude and their answers were very straightforward and inappropriate. No hospitality skills at all. Worst hygiene. I frequently book hotels but I have never had such an bad experience anywhere. The breakfast timings are also not commendable. Breakfast starts at 8am while in all other hotels it starts at 6am. Obviously, if people have booked a hotel they must have come from another city for some work or something and there would be people with corporate work and they would leave the hotel early in the morning. Breakfast time should always start at 6am. I was shocked to hear that it would start at 8am . My booking included breakfast but I couldn't have since I had to leave at 7am. Please take actions against this hotel. If there are no changes I'll have to complain to higher authorities because this is about hygiene and the rats in the ceiling gave me a nightmare and I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Approachable from the Bus Stand. Decent Rooms and helpful staff. Usually when you book a hotel offline, you get 24 hours to checkout but they will ask to checkout at 11AM in any case.

Entrance of this hotel is not good. This hotel is on 2nd floor and on the ground floor there are many shops. So for taking the lift one has to go through these shops and take the lift. Also lift size is also very small. Rooms size is good. Linen is not cleaned. So I didn't find it suitable for the family. Although it is an economic option. So one can decide based on their priority.

Apart from food and phone not working, it was a great stay

Hotel staff was very welcoming . O was completely blown over by bell desk guy gesture he come on road to receive me as I stepped out of auto ,bell desk guy immediately lifted my heavy bag and escorted me to hotel lift. Hotel location is nice near to race course and shopping district . Next door restaurant good Gujarati thali is available .. I had upma in breakfast which was very tasty. I stayed in business room . Room was spacious with good modern interiors. Would love to stay here on my next visit
