Hotel Tej Palace

We stayed here for two days. We are traveling around Gujarat from Chennai. We are two only, me and mom. It was safe, they provided room service but something that was bad was the bathroom. There wasn't ventilation so it was difficult to use. They kept spraying room spray in the bathroom but it didn't work. The reception sir was decent. They gave us bill and they helped us to load our bags. If the bathroom is renovated or something, it would be a pleasant stay.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Despite paying in advance, the service was appalling and the owner was extremely rude, using inappropriate language. My family and I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night with our luggage because we were not informed that we would have to pay in advance if we checked out after a certain time. They did not even call us to confirm or remind us to pay. When we returned to the hotel at 1am, we found that our luggage had been removed from our room. The hotel staff did not accept responsibility for their mistake and instead argued with us. The rooms were also of poor quality. I would suggest finding a better place to stay, such as a Dharamshala, as this hotel is not worth the money.

Place is awesome must visit if you visit Rajkot.

Service was good but rooms were okayish.

The hotel management is not too good. The people were very rude. The bathrooms and very worst. Doesn't feel safe At all.If need to opt for a room then go for an AC one although the fan doesn't work. Very bad experience overall.

Worst hotel and worst service, kahi b ruko magar is hotel me nai rukna chaiye...pathetic experience and family suffered.

The main concern is with the staff appointed in each Rajkot hotels. Here the same things are seen they will try to make it decent and classy but maintenance of property is always a concern. They didn't have drinking water facility; instead asked me if I had a water bottle so that they could fill it and give me back! Each and every hotel of Rajkot has built extra rooms than permissable. And that are seen because I was provided with a room which had a pillar next to the bed, due to which I had to always go round about.
