Name was famous Thepla was good enough no parking space

Due to high rush of offline bookings, Denied check in for booking done through make my trip app. Totally unprofessional hotel. Never in my life faced such incident before. Not even informed about cancellation so that I may make other arrangements. Definitely issuing legal notice for deficiencies in service.

If u r hungry at night, then only go for this place. I don't prefer this place now. Local food they serve in terms of punjabi food. Naam bade darshan chhote. Even it's question mark, why Rajkot Police allow this place for 24 hours?

If you are looking for Gujarati authentic food than use must visit this place it has very reasonable price for their Menu I have tried Gujarati Thali for just rupees 100 quality of food was good if you are looking for low budget Thali then you must visit this

It's a pathetic and filthy place to stay. Starting from stairs, lift, water cooler, room door, toilet, table, bed sheets, pillow, everything is extremely dirty. Foul-smell everywhere. I saw bed bugs on the bed , on the telephone. I couldn't sleep a minute. Since I reached at 2AM, didn't have any other choice. The worst part is the attitude of the person at reception. I told him it's too dirty and bed bugs and he shamelessly responded that room is clean, I told him am I telling you a lie, why would I come down stairs to complain had there been no issues , he again responded our room is clean and we wash bed sheets every day. He then asked the office boy, we washed it, right? And that guy somehow had a courage to be silent which tells everything. A BIG STAY AWAY FEEDBACK FROM THIS FILTHY PLACE.

Very nice and famous hotel near Lodhawad Chowk. This hotel is a famous landmark for all persons who fix their destination or meeting around that place. Rooms as well as restaurant both the facilities are present here. Royal looking rooms it's furniture's and it's decorations. Rooms are very well maintained and clean. In it's restaurant you can eat proper healthy and hygienic food. Thank you very much.

Overall a very good hotel. The construction is new and rooms are quite spacious and neat and clean. It is located very near to the bus station and connectivity to other parts of the city is quite convenient. The person at reception was quite rude though but over all staff behaviour was good. If you are getting a good deal then it is one of the good options to stay in.
