Hotel Sunshine

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel where the manager who sits there at night (I don't know his name) whose behavior completely ruined what should have been a pleasant visit. The issue started late at night, around 2 a.m. and we've to catch flight next morning, when my family was having trouble with the air conditioning in our room. We tried to resolve it politely, but the manager's response was shocking. Not only did he refuse to help us with a simple room change, but he also became hostile and started arguing with my young daughter, who was clearly upset. His attitude was not only unprofessional but downright rude. Instead of offering a solution or even showing basic courtesy, he dismissed our concerns and told us to "adjust." And white pointing at AC to show the issue he said angrily " Ungli dikha ke baat mat karo " nobody was pointing on him btw and to make matters worse, his tone became increasingly aggressive as the conversation went on, turning what could have been a small misunderstanding into a distressing confrontation. I understand that issues can arise, but the way this manager handled the situation was completely unacceptable. The lack of empathy and the failure to address a basic customer service concern left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you value a peaceful and customer-friendly experience.

Can two people sleep on a 4x6 bed?? 4x6 is their double room bed size and price you pay is 2500 for this which is PATHETIC!!! Such small bed that two people cannot share. Hotel is on the 4th floor and doesn't have outside view from the room and windows are just for name. No mineral water bottles they provide their filter water bottles as complementary. No restaurant or food service! They will give when you ask and that too you have to eat in your small room.

I visited yesterday only on 23 January in night...Hotel is quite good..rooms are also clean but the manager is soo disappointing..the manager was really arrogant full of overconfidence and wasn't respecting costumers..was actually rude to us don't know what was he thinking of himself..rest staff was good.

This hotel is located besides Bus Depot, top floor on a commercial complex. This area has lots of shops and good options for food. Hotel is Neat and Clean, affordable rates, has its own kitchen.

The hotel is located above ST Bus stand which is very good. The rooms are good and value for money. Their service and staff disappointments me. Receptionist took my ID while check in but he forget to give me and me too.

Hotel location was good. Rooms price was affordable. Little bit higher price according to room size. Rooms are small . Nice ambience. Network issues in rooms so you have to check before you enter in room. a . They provide wifi but the wifi is not so good. Neat and clean lobby and other areas . rooms are also neat and clean. Room Service was good. Central Bus stand is under the hotel so you can easily access to bus stand.

Best stay really. The hotel is located right above the rajkot bus stand which makes a prime location in terms of safety, amenities, and service. Despite its location, the rooms are super quiet and distrubance free. I was a solo female traveller and this hotel made my stay so comfortable. The room was spaceous and clean. The breakfast was really good. The day of my checkout, I had to leave early in the morning, well ahead of their breakfast serving time but even then the staff was so polite they offered a simple and easy breakfast. The staff in general are very nice and cooperative. Will highly recommend this hotel.

It's well placed in Rajkot bus port, rooms are neat & clean, tasty food serviced by the staffs & good hospitality during my stay from 6th to 8th dec 2023, thank u very much , c u again in 2024
