Hotel Shayan Inn

I recently stayed at Hotel Shayan Inn, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The amenities, including the rooftop pool and spa, were top-notch, providing ultimate relaxation. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. The location was perfect--close to major attractions yet peaceful. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and luxury. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a five-star stay. Absolutely perfect!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The room itself was nothing like the photos - it was small, outdated, and smelled musty.There were small coackroaches in the room and also in the tea cups, the blankets had stains on in also it was torn. It was expensive and not worth the money at all. The hotel's location may be convenient, but the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and overall discomfort. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone it is a total waste of money. The beds are worst and very uncomfortable to sleep. The only good thing about the hotel is there was hot water.

*Extremely Disappointing Experience* I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel for four days due to an urgent visit. Unfortunately, my experience was appalling. - Uncleanliness: Despite my complaints, the bedsheets were not washed or replaced properly. I was shocked to find that the staff reused a sheet from another room. - Unresponsive Staff: The staff seemed completely disinterested in helping me or addressing my concerns. - Filthy Corridors: The corridors were littered with garbage and empty bottles, which remained uncleared despite multiple complaints to the reception. - Unhygienic Restaurant: The restaurant was filthy, and to my surprise, the cleaning staff doubled as the chef. This is a serious health concern. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, unresponsive staff, and unhygienic conditions make it an unacceptable place to stay.

There was no cleanliness in the room. The blankets were torn and had stains on it. There were coackroaches in tea cups. The rooms are very compact. Do not plan your stay here at all. I won't recommend this to anyone.

Hygiene level should be improved. Staff are not skilled. Mice are there in the restaurant. Rooms are good but not well cleaned.

During checkout I had some confusion about three persons in the room. They managed it very well and gave an extra bed. They worked with me to provide the best service. I will stay here again.

It's the worst hotel Inhv ever stayed in. There is no cleanliness in the rooms of hotel. When I checked in, the water was filled in the bucket and it was a 10 day ago water. The service is also worse. They just can't make a simple and hot tea. They served me a cold tea. Plsss don't visit this hotel cuz the manager also doesn't hv etiquettes to behave with customers . They hv posted nice pics of hotel but they all are fake
