Hotel Park View

Worst hotel ever I have stayed. This is just an OYO type hotel without parking. I strongly recommend not staying in this hotel. No hot water in the bathroom, No buffet breakfast. You can choose only one option in breakfast i.e. poha or bread butter or paratha without sabji which they serve in room. Only kettle no tea bags etc, no shampoo, dental kit or shaving kit. Staff / Manager discourteous. I am surprised how Make My Trip booked a hotel like this.

Worst Hotel ever, would recommend never visit this hotel and never ever visit with families. The manager doesn't know how to behave with customers . He was very rude to senior citizens. The room and hotel is fake to be called as 3 star hotel. We just asked where will get good food manager seriously started speaking rudely. He doesn't deserve to be in that position. And no parking dpace as well. He misbehaved with our driver as well. Seriously never go to this hotel.

This is very best hotel and service also good location also best place for business vist for fire extinguisher this is best hotel I seen in rajkot my experience is good

Worst staff and management. I was trying to book hotel over phone and the person on another side asked me to pay half payment as booking amount. As per request I did half payment but after few minutes the person called me and asked to pay remaining payment. I did he rest payment also but the booking was not confirmed. The reason give that I have to do single payment in one short. He shared two different QR code. I asked him to refund my previous amount but he denied and asking for full payment. I am travelling all over India and World but never seen such hotel who asked for full payment. Many times, I had book hotel for Rs. 500 also or with no payment too.

This hotel is pathetic. Please don't stay at this property. My experience was worst when i reached hotel. Hotel owner was so rude doesn't have sense to talk with the guest. You guys please spend your time at Railway station but do not stay at this hotel if you have any self respect. These people wont hesitate to insult you. Remaining up to your choice. I strongly not recommended this hotel to stay.

The room service in the hotel is very poor. Working people are very slow, if you ask for something, it doesn't reach you for half an hour. After taking the room when I asked for the towel, I almost called five times to ask for the towel, finally I went to the reception and collected the towel myself and came to the room. The toilet of the hotel room we stayed in was not cleaned. We did not get the hot water we needed. There is a restaurant on the top floor of this hotel where food is good but that restaurant is not related to this hotel.

Giving three stars because of the expectations were very high as I saw the past reviews of the hotel. Good hotel in mid budget category but not for the amenities desired persons. Quite satisfying staff behavior. But I faced an issue for the swiggy order that hotel staff don't allow the delivery person to take lift for delivering the order to my room. I think that was too rude as per human behavior.

The worst and Fraud service provide by Hotel Park View Rajkot. They are totally Fraud. Hotel Charge of one day is INR 1200+GST But they taking 2400+GST for 28 Hrs only. Manager are not on his commitment. Even i demand owner contact for shoutout the issues but they didn't provide.
