Hotel Paramount Inn

The staff are good but the rooms are not good. In some room AC isn't working & in other the washroom pipes aren't working. Entire hotel smells of cigarettes. & there isn't any ventilation, outside the room it's full suffocating. If you stay then prefer rooms with windows. Not good to stay with family. Needs maintanence..

They gave us a room right in front of the reception, which was not appropriate for my female friend as many guys were staring at her. When I decided to check out early due to the disrespectful situation, they still charged us the full day's fee, even though we stayed less than half a day. This is my first time visit in Rajkot and I surely not gonna come in this Hotel again

Only good for 1 night stay at a lower cost and well connected location.

Good small hotel with comfortable rooms. The room was little small, but sufficient. The walls seems to be a little thin as we could hear outside voices. The lobby is beautiful. Our train arrived little early and hence we reached the hotel also early. Yet they gave us early check-in without any additional charges. Thanks.

I booked thro oyo and price was really good and excellent service. morning brakefast is included and very limited menu.||||Pro's||1. Nice hotel and good staff and clean rooms best hospitality lovely

We had booked 2 AC rooms in this hotel. the rooms were smelling of tobacco when we checked in at 11 pm night.||The linen was dirty, soiled and stained. Even after changing it, the new linen was only a shade better.||Towels were not provided and after insistence, 1 stained towel was sent between 2 of us.||The hotel claims to have a 24 hot water facility but there was no hot water for bathing in the morning.||I made my bookings through makemytrip who charged me (with breakfast) but the hotel does not have even a kitchen to serve breakfast.

Rude behaviour of staff & did not confirm any charge before check in into room, After check in you will responsible for their mistake.
