Hotel Nova Star

The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit (Nova star) once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it... Specially thanks to Mr.Sunilbhai, vipul. Good job

I recently stayed at this Nova Star a so-called 3-star hotel in Rajkot, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. While the location was convenient, but no parking space. Rooms are small and uncozy, also lacked proper maintenance. the overall service and amenities did not meet expectations. The staff seemed uninterested and slow to respond to requests. Overall, this hotel fails to justify its 3-star rating. With better management and upkeep, it could be a decent budget stay, but for now, it's just a disappointing experience. Not recommended unless you have no other options.

Very small room and bathroom. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Bed was also not cleaned.There are good hotels nearby.I recommend to not plan your stay here.

Budget friendly. Room service is good . Staff is very polite and responsible. Rooms also good . All are good but 1 thing I disappointed I see cockroaches in all rooms but staf can listen all problems and solve out so according to me 7/10
