* No power backup * Hotel location is best...near to all main attractions in city. Food is also good... Rooms are good... But only disadvantage.... They have no power backup.... We stay there without AC and lights from 7. am to 11 Am. In this hot weather

Subject: Feedback on Inconsistent Pricing at Nova Pride I want to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the inconsistent pricing at Nova Pride. Every time we visit, the staff quotes different rates--sometimes 1000, sometimes 1200, and at times even 2000. This lack of transparency is disappointing, especially for regular customers like us. Moreover, we've noticed a change in attitude from your staff when dealing with familiar customers, which is unprofessional. We expect fair and consistent pricing along with respectful service. I hope you take immediate action to address this matter. Otherwise, we will be compelled to take our business elsewhere and advise others to do the same.

Stay was pretty good with comfortable rooms and even food, breakfast options are less but still ok

Disappointing Experience at Hotel Nova Pride Dissatisfaction stay at Hotel Nova Pride, which was booked through GUJARAT TOURISM. Despite the association with GUJARAT TOURISM, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was greeted with confusion and unprofessionalism at the reception. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the staff were unaware of my booking and displayed a lack of basic courtesy. The receptionist, with an indifferent attitude, claimed there was no record of my booking and provided no assistance until I contacted a GUJARAT TOURISM executive, who had to intervene. After a lengthy and frustrating check-in process, my troubles continued with the room allocation. One of the washrooms was locked and it took about 20-30 minutes for the room service team to address the issue. This added to the inconvenience after a long journey from Ahmedabad. The dining experience was equally disappointing. There was a significant wait to place an order due to the absence of staff in the restaurant. When a server finally arrived, we were informed that most of the menu items were unavailable, leaving us with limited options like aalo jeera and jeera rice. Although the food was good, the lack of availability was highly frustrating. Additionally, basic amenities were missing in the washroom, such as hand wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and a kettle for hot water. The response from the staff was that we should call them for any needs, which is impractical and reflects poorly on the hotel's service standards. Overall, my experience at Hotel Nova Pride was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The hotel's association with GUJARAT TOURISM raises expectations, but the actual experience was marred by poor service and lack of basic hospitality.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nova Pride, paying extra through Agoda, and my experience was quite disappointing. On my second day, the electricity went out for over two hours. When I called the reception, they informed me it would take another 2-3 hours to restore power, and the hotel has no backup generator. Additionally, when I first entered my room, the floor was wet as if someone had spilled water and forgotten to clean it up. Even after turning on the AC, I noticed the floor remained damp, which was quite uncomfortable. As I'm on a business trip for a property expo, the lack of electricity significantly impacted my ability to get the rest I needed. When I requested compensation for the inconvenience, I was simply told that since I booked online, there was nothing they could do. Overall, the combination of maintenance issues and poor customer service made for a frustrating stay. I would not recommend Hotel Nova Pride for business travelers seeking a reliable place to rest.
