I love this hotel. Hotel service and is best. And staff behaviour and food is also good and recreation manager Mr Nitesh ji very polite and helpful.

It was clean, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Horrifying Experience - Pests Infested Room, Clothes, and Bites! This was the most disgusting and traumatic hotel experience I've ever had. Not only were there pests crawling on the bed when we entered the room, but they also got into our clothes and bit me! This is beyond horrifying and raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety. It felt like no one cared about the health and safety of their guests. I've been left with itchy, painful bites, ruined clothing, and a ruined trip. This hotel is a complete health hazard, and I demand a full refund and compensation for the trauma and inconvenience caused. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs.
