Hotel Nova Bliss

Nova bliss is my regular stay spot as it is a reasonable and well maintained hotel with amazing service. All the staff are very polite and helpful and their food is also very fresh and delicious. A must stay if you want a nice, decent and clean hotel to stay in Rajkot.

Need improvement in breakfast, bathroom accessories like hand soap near wash basin, towel qualities. Towel qualities are not good, it is not absorbing the water from body. Rooms are good.

Terrible experience. For 4000 rs a day, there are much better properties. The receptionist was very rude. They did not have a POS machine for my card since they said that they 'lose money' on gst through card and insisted that me pay with cash. The room was also not really as spacious as it should have been for the price. There was a board near the toilet seat which said that they would fine us 4000 if we flushed the toilet with a high frequency which just goes to show how bad their plumbing and fitting is that they have to watch out for damage like it's a regular thing. It is located near Kalavad road but the location is also not as appealing. Not worth it.

We booked two rooms following our discussion, impressed by your professional approach by Owner. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations due to several issues:- 1. The receptionist unprofessionally questioned one of our guests twice about occupancy, despite our prior booking for 2 rooms for double occupancy (4 gsts). 2. Breakfast was significantly delayed, and service was very slow. 3. Serving staff were found chewing gutkha and had poor hygiene practices. 4. Bedsheets were dirty, spotted with hair, and dusty. 5. The wash basin tap was malfunctioning and loose. 6. Hot water was not available in washrooms. Furthermore, the receptionist's behavior was poor, and despite my feedback, he insisted that I submit a negative review, claiming it wouldn't affect him.
