Hotel Nexus

Good hotel, had stayed for 2 days. First and best is location. Walkable distance from central bus stand. Easy to locate. Food was okish so that was one negative. Rooms are spacious and clean. Room service is also quick. Decent rooms with required amenities. Good for business travelers or even for family stay.

I stayed at Hotel Nexus for 2 days and had a very good experience. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with a good variety of options. The overall service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nexus. All thanks to Mr Anup. He maid sure I get clean rooms and all services are perfectly fine. I recommend go for Premium rooms as they have an ample space. Food was OK. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel is totally frud because I booked this hotel room is 1700 somthing but he told other charges 2000 in cash. This charge details is bedsheet dirty charges reason medical emergency so some blood dots give in bedsheet so he charge this bedsheet 2000 rupees so I suggest don't book this hotel in this site

One of the worst service ever given by the room service & their staff... On ordering complimentary tea, the tea was set within 1 hour and when I asked the room service to send the tea cups to clean them, he washed the same tea cups with bathroom water... When I complained about him to the receptionist, he replied that "he has heard his complaint and now I cannot kill him".... I hv never seen such good and excellent room service till date...A place where the staff is so nice and courteous, I would never want to stay there again...

Centrally located. Poor service. Breakfast quality was pathetic. Although checked in very late the manager was not graceful enough to allow late check out by couple of hours although there were plenty of vacant rooms. Avoidable hotel as better options available in the vicinity.

Very rude staff.Receptioninst directly denied for room.Even I asked him for rum availability,He said no room available. I said is that possible to avail room Tommorow,He said kal ki kal bata paunga in very rude behaviour.. To the owner kindly trained your staff,How to talk Customer.

Size of the room was good. Cleanliness was maintained. Stay was comfortable. Value for money.
