Room was good. No intercom provided. TV not working and staff was under prepared for resolving. Napkins not provided. Toilet paper and tissue papers not provided. Seperate dining area not available so breakfast served in room but lacks quality. Cockroach was there on bed. Considering all above cost was high.

Owner Jay, attendant Paresh, Room service operator Shashank and receptionist Priya are well mannered and serve you better. About rooms - Rooms are spacious with fantastic interior and furniture. These rooms are situated on 8 &9 floor of the building so you will get awesome outside views from huge glass. I would highly recommend this hotel during Rajkot stay. All important places are nearby to this hotel.

I visited the city to attend a family function and my accompanied me. Both of us were very happy with the amenities and service we received at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel itself is very close to the airport and hence it was very easy for us to reach. It is in the 7th floor of a commercial complex offering a great view, and we were actually enjoying browsing around.

Trird class hotel service and also stay no hot water for shower no room service very third class service avoiding to stay here

Room was uncleaned during check in, not maintained properly. TV was giving additional sound like conch, ac was working for 5 minutes and shutting off emitting foul smell. Even on secondly rooms was not cleaned leaving even breakfast plates.Breakfast not enough portion served. Not worth the money for sure. Even 3 pin plug out of only one working . Coffee maker kept in room never worked.

It was a wonderful experience during out 4 nights stay with all the group of 10 people.. Management were so cooperative and excellent care done by all of them.. must stay..

Decent stay. 1. 3 stars for the room. Size of room was medium. Cleanliness was also OK. 2. Breakfast options could be improved. 3. Additional 1 star for the service. If you are new to rajkot, you can trust Jai, the owner of hotel and the staff to help you around the city. Staff was courteous.

The hotel is pretty decent. Though it might not look so from the outside. It's on top of a commercial complex/ mall and a passerby may not even notice it. But when u reach the hotel reception, it is spacious. We booked a standard room, but as we did not find the bed linen upto mark, they immediately gave us a complimentary upgrade. The rooms are spacious and has all the basic amenities as one may require. They don't have a restaurant but will serve breakfast in the room, which was a large quantity & of good taste for the price they charge.
