Recently visited for dinner and experience is amazing. Specially service by Prem is too good and definitely going to visit again soon. Prem give us some interesting stories from Nepal. Hygiene food quality and taste is on point. Do visit for amazing experience.

This is a good hotel but I'm disappointed because it doesn't have the basics sorted. There was no hot water in the shower. Food is nice. Breakfast could have had more options but still it's fine. The staff is also polite and courteous. Proper instructions are needed for wifi connectivity. Yet I would skip this just because of the lack of basic amenity.

Fantastic stay at JPS Grand Rajkot!|The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable from the moment we walked into the hotel. Rooms are well equipped and extremely clean. Breakfast/ dinner was delicious with plenty of variety.|Would highly recommend !

I enjoy the dinner at the restaurant and food and hospitality was quite nice and every dishes were so nice. I could spend the very precious time at there. The staff called Mr. Prem was very good service and he keeps care of my table and it was real nice experience.

My name is Nilesh Parmar. I am from Gujarat but have been living in Portugal for many years. When Hotel Fortune opened, I came to stay in this hotel after ten days. I like staying in this hotel very much. The atmosphere of this hotel is very good. The hotel staff is very good. And the room service is good. The restaurant here is very good and all the people of the restaurant staff are very nice. I met Captain Bapan Das in the restaurant. I was very happy to meet him. I also met Anil Kumar. I was happy to meet him. If anyone comes to Rajkot, he should stay in this hotel. When I come to India from Portugal, I stay in this hotel only. I like this hotel. You will like this hotel very much. Rooms were clean, Some staff need some training in being friendly and to smile. Breakfast choices were OK but not a great choice, compared to other 5 star hotels. Food ordered at the restaurant in the afternoon did not taste good.

Mr. Rakesh Choudhary ruined our function. He was very rude and such unprofessional behaviour is not at all expected from a 5 star hotel staff. His way of talking was so rude which is not how an ITC hotel staff member behaves. Welcome drinks were not served to our guests. He told us that it is served only one time (not mentioned anywhere) whereas we bought a package of unlimited lunch for the function. The behaviour shown by Mr. Rakesh Choudhary ruined our function and such services are not expected from Fortune hotel. I would recommend everyone not to host any function here.
