Good room and good Business hotel at rajkot. Comfort upto the mark as you would expect in cleanliness and breakfast. Staff at restaurant was nice. Reception staff could be more welcoming. My stay at comfort Rajkot was fantastic. The food was tasty, though the variety was limited. The interiors looked great, and the on the first floor near the reception was absolutely magical with its stylish and relaxing bamboo chairs. However, the room's glass windows weren't soundproof, so that's an area that needs improvement. Despite this, the rooms were spacious, making the overall experience very pleasant.

An ideal location for those coming by any mode of transport. Was luckily close to my place of business. Also within a stone's throw distance from most go-to places to eat and visit. The staff was very polite and helpful. They went out of their way to help when my friend and I had to complete some training related tasks at hand and needed odds and ends to complete it. The only star taken away was because the room service could have been better with the temperatures of the hot beverages. Also due to a heavy load of clients, the initial housekeeping was not completely upto the mark. But they made it up when it was brought to their notice. Would choose this place again to stay if I am in town. And would recommend it for sure to the readers as well.

I recently stayed at a Comfort Inn and had a generally positive experience. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast not good, food was ok. Room service was bad..we had to scream in the phone to give the message. Checkout time and hospitality was not comfortable. We requested for curd rice for take away, it got spoiled in 2 hrs and was smelling. No taste at all. Room maintenance was ok.. There was no hot water. Amenities were not good for the amount we paid.

Good room and staf is very spotted and humbled food is very good and room is neet and clean mr.saurbah and Vishal also is very spotted and recommend to our hotel F& B Team is Veri |Good ,...................................................

I had a prepaid booking on 28/11/24 when i reached hotel lobby the person attending me mr samresh singh denied checkin and replied me there is no rooms available for checkin. I booked the hotel for only 4 hours. Still he didnt gave me room and said its full even after seeing my pre paid booked slip. Very bad behaviour and absolutely rubbish conning the customer. Dont book this hotel if u are travelling from far distance !
