good service, best food with good sittings. The place where we come today is very good and the arrangement there is also very good,it is a very nice place to visit. FULLY SATISFIED

It is a very nice place. The best location for pre-wedding is Vatrika Club Galaxy. Its food is absolutely amazing and its staff is very good.

This resort is not good Room is very dirty not clean Food quality is average Staf is not response properly No boxcricket in this resort And game zon is not available Only two or three games Not better resort I have request to all customer not stay this resort

The place is only for photography. Entire resort is need maintainance. Riverside seasaw have no woodan sheets.... No direction board in whole campus...

Best place only for photography.... Even in theatre only 3 ac and also 2 ac in working condition Also food was great but where we sit for eat that place also that not suitable for summer... Also washrooms and bathrooms was not in good condition.... Girls be careful at this place because they don't have privacy for changing clothes... Owners have to change and take some immediate actions on this even 1500 charge very higher for this type of area.....

It's horrible experience. Do not go here We have planed group tour of 15 people at this place on rakhi 2024 but got horrible experience No ACs were working properly Swimming Pool was not cleaned Showers were not cleaned and working it was badly smelling Staff is not good Food is ok ok Entire resort is not maintained properly. And for sets it's also badly maintained and private boating also not cleaned and working even. Total waste of money. It's bad experience and recommended do not visit ever to anybody.

The place is very unhygienic, would not recommend. we went for pre-wedding photo shoot today, the room they provided us wasn't clean it had dirty foot prints in the room, closet wasn't cleaned for ages. flush was broken, water was constantly running, we asked for another room but It was same condition. All the sets are poorly maintained, either lights won't work or the part is broken. On top of it, the staff at the reception isn't helpful and was very rude. Someone would come to you offer water in old softdrink bottle. If you ask for bottled water then you have to go all the way to restaurant and purchase it, No other option. Zero customer service. Not to mention all the street dogs live there on sets and couch. Not worth to visit due to very unhygienic conditions and poor customer service.
