Safari Hotel & Resort Somnath

Toilets are dirty. They don't know basics of toilet cleaning. Everywhere dark stains, may be due to hard water. These stains can be cleaned easily. Smelly toilets. Reception area is good and specious. Staff and Manager are polite, cooperative and well mannered . Area of room is comfortable. The property owner has constructed a good hotel but the hotel management company is not able to maintain it. Restaurant is good and stylish but food preparation is just horrible. The cooks don't know how to prepare vegetables. Please don't eat anything in their restaurant. We survived only on Dal Tadka. Management should change restaurant contractor and focus on cleanliness. Restaurant gents washroom is worst than any roadside public urinal. Garden and lawns are very well maintained.... Away from Somnath Mandir.

Dec 2024: Easy to locate on the square. Big property. Rooms were ok, need to upgrade them. Furniture is old. Hot water available. The restaurant is right next to it. The garden sit out area is the selling point. You can enjoy the bonfire in the winter months and have tea in a relaxed setting. Recently the management is changed and now some upgrades will be done.

I stayed in that hotel for two days recently Staff behaviour was good but there is no facilities You'll have to ask for all the time even though water. My wife silver payel broked in that room so she kept on the dressing table and forgot to keep in bag and we leve hotel for temple. when we came back we informed this matter to hotel owner. they assured me that they will find and ask all the staff who cleaned the room. I don't know they had asked or not But they unable to find. someone stolen that. I am feeling disapointed If they return I'll update my feedback

I had booked this hotel from Goibibo site. I was staying there two days (31 & 1 Jan-25). Room Charges were almost 2.5 time as a normal price. This hotel has not provided any water bottle. This is not a hotel. It was one kind of guest house. Bed sheet and quilt were dirty and tear in many place. Bathroom and pots were also dirty and water always leaked in pot.I had paid more amount for such type of room. This hotel is really horrible for me . I will not suggest to any one in future. Thanks

Location is one advantage. Room and overall service is basic and worth the money for a one night stay , they also provided early check in without any extra charge however few cons- water leakage in washroom , maintenance required in rooms , washrooms and focus on clean bed sheet and quilt required which wasn't up to the mark. Overall average stay with basic features. Breakfast options limited and food quality was just average.

Rooms ok not so cleaned....and restaurant not working....bathroom ok but personally shud be much better....service not gud...intercall phones not available...in all rooms....just stay and go...dt. expect much more

The rooms are absolutely pathetic. The photos on MMT as of today and actual are vastly different. There is a smell in room, floors were unclean, toilets were absolutely unhygienic and restaurant is not worth even entering. Staff was courteous thats only why they can earn half a star. The hotel has solar so if planning to leave early morning there is no availability of hot water. Garden is very shabby. The room isnt worth more than 1k.

Hotels safari is very good Hotels and restaurant in somnath. I am stay here in March 25. All basic facilities here well maintained neet and clean. All staff member good behavior.
