Hotel Swagat

Provide a room for Driver to Rest, it was only a Laundry and a pump Room. Every Half hour someone come to take something or to start a water pump (Repeatedly)switch on the light. Driver can't sleep or rest in this room due to such Disturbance, can't rest. Common Toilet (American Seating)provided but no water pipe is attached for washing. No Bathroom available. "WORST ATTITUDE" of Staff on Duty at Night". On Complaint to staff Repling that,"This is Driver Room"(Driver can sleep and take rest) I Suggest not take driver in this hotel as he can't sleep and take rest this will risk your next day journey. No Vehicle Parking available. Reviewing at 3.45 AM(early morning).

Hotel is good, reasonable rates. We booked on the spot. Rooms are spacious. We booked two rooms, 1 room was small but not too much. Bathroom is clean. They provide 24 hr hot water, drinking water, ac,non ac rooms, check out is 12pm, have lift facility. Very close and walkable from temple. Overall it was really good compared to other nearby unnecessarily high priced hotels. Top floor rooms have temple view and sea view as well.

If you are looking for budget room, along with perfect location then please go for it. Since this is a budget room don't expect much but room sizes are decent. Cleanliness of the room needs to be improved but the most alarming thing is Cockroach . Hotel management needs to do pest control on top priority and on regular basis. Cockroachs cam be seen roaming here and there when light is off and sometime on your bed as well. If this issues are resolved it will be a perfect stay option which is just 3 mins walking distance from Temple.

The room quality is extremely bad. We took three rooms and while checking out he didn't even let us change our saree because we were over our check out time. The one common washroom he gave us their staff kept coming again to check and taunt us and shout at us.

Their is no hygiene in the room , a strong smell and their were dozens of cockroach's behind the bed when reported for room service was not responding to call and when came Threatening to leave the hotel and not giving the refund and this kind of behavior is intolerance able this was the behavior to senior citizen at midnight , when we forced him by legal means then he gave us a alternative room that was also not clean it was a compulsion so we had to stay their And paying this much money was not Worthy

Worst Hotel to Stay Staff Behaviour is so bad They are literally looting the guest I will recommend everyone to book online which could be away from temple They have decent room and also they have good service I will recommend to never stay nearby in temple

If there would've been an option of 0 stars, i would've surely given that. The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Cockroaches and bed bugs roaming all over the bead and room, spider webs all over the room, ultra dirty blankets and pillows with black fungus all over them. Extremely dirty bathroom. Please please please everyone ,'DO NOT EVEN THINK OF STAYING IN THIS HOTEL' . They should refund my money for what I have gone through my stay.

Very bad room service. Bathrooms are so dirty. Smell in the room. Very cheap hotel. Don't pickup the phone and rooms landline calls. Very bad room service and staff also.
