Hotel Avadh

I booked Hotel Avadh last-minute via MakeMyTrip and ended up paying 2,000+ extra due to the urgency, which was a bit steep. That said, the hotel's biggest advantage is its proximity to the Somnath Temple--just a short walk away, making it ideal for pilgrims. The room was clean and functional, though quite small. It worked for a one-night stay, but might feel cramped for longer visits or if you have extra luggage. Most staff members were polite and helpful, though one night-shift employee seemed less accommodating, which was slightly off-putting. Overall, it's a decent budget option for a night near the temple, but manage expectations regarding room size and pricing during peak times.

Rooms are very unhygienic. The behaviour of staff is not upto mark. non cooperative staff. Rooms are very hot during sunlight. It is very bad experience to take accommodation there. We took three Beds room. The said room was having only one fan. The said room was having mosquitoes. We couldn't sleep in the room.

The rooms are good and fairly comfortable, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of hygiene and cleanliness

I booked a room at Hotel Avadh in Somnath. From the moment I walked into the room, I was hit by an overwhelming stench that made us immediately regret my decision. The bathroom was filthy, with stains on the toilet that were absolutely disgusting. The bed was no better, covered in black stains and reeking of something awful. I strongly urge you to avoid this place at all costs. No convenience is worth staying in such an unhygienic and poorly maintained environment. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel. This one will only ruin your experience.

Rooms were clean and advantage is they have rooms for 3 and 4 people as well. Although there were small cockroaches and bathroom is very very small. So if you're planning like just a night stay then its good.

Not worthy staying. Places around are filthy and congested. Rooms, are too congested, linen provided is also not in good condition. Overall not worth booing such places for staying.

With family in Somnath for vacation .property is old but clean.rooms are lil small and tidy.but just near to temple 2 min walking distance

Few meters away from Somnath Jyotirling. That's primary reason to select this hotel. You will reach the entry point of temple in merely 2-3min walk.
