The boy on the counter is very good and helpful, but there also one uncle on the counter who manipulate things, if you are going for offline booking then be aware of the uncle as he will charge whole amount for 12 hour, he told me that the do only for 12 hour booking and will take the amount for 24 hours, can go there doing online booking via MMT or go Goibibo
